LA Bayside did an excellent job repairing my large car gate and the smaller pedestrian gate. Their technician Daniel removed the old automatic gate closer which had failed after many years of operation, welded on and programmed a new one, and then replaced all the wooden cladding which after more than 25 years was starting to rot. Great experience. Reasonable pricing to accommodate our needs. Daniel helped with all the paperwork side while Simon and Shane were great on-site and with their communication (which is extremely valued by me).
Had our body corp gates (18 months old) serviced on 12/2 (comprehensive service - 20mins and $350). On the 18/2 I contacted them and advised them that the gates weren't closing properly. Their reply was that everything was fine when they did the service and it would require another call out for $350. Thought something could have been missed as the service was so quick.
