Great Restuarant There is good service, they are fast. I just recently came back from Auburn and the place was remodeled. It was painted over. the bar and the non-smoking area were seperated. There is a small smoking area outside. I really enjoy it and always have. The waitors are very friendly. I would recommend the bean burrito. A simple yet delicious dish.
always a good choice The food at Labamba is the best Mexican food in town. I really love the shrimp fajitas and the Cozumels' Delight. The facility is always clean when I've been in and the service is very quick.
Great for big gathering I think the thing that sticks out in my mind about Labamba is that they do great with big parties. I've been to many a birthday dinner there. They have a private room that can sit 30 - 50 people and they still do a great job with getting the food out quickly, keeping drinks & chip baskets filled.
OK, but not the best There is plenty of parking. We have never had to wait for a table. The service here is good, they are both friendly and efficient. The food has always been hot and tasty. There is nothing that really just jumps out at you, as this is the "best" mexican place in town. Indeed it is OK and we do eat here from time to time, but it's not my family's favorite mexican "joint". Prices are fair and in line with similar restaurants.
A good Mexican restaurant We used to frequent LaBamba, but got sort of tired of it. I am not sure why. It is a good Mexican place to eat though. I love the darker atmosphere and the waiters were always so nice. I would recommend LaBamba.
