I visited yesterday to pick up two cakes. Unfortunately, the staff forgot to write the name on one of the cakes, and when I politely asked if they could add it, I felt like the request was not well received. There was also some confusion with the pricing. My original total was supposed to be $47, but I ended up being charged $55 without a clear explanation. The cake itself tasted okay, but overall the experience was disappointing. For future birthday cakes, I’ll likely choose a different bakery.
So far I have only tried the traditional cannoli but they were very good. I am a bit of a cannoli expert, having tried them in Sicily and locally in the GHTA. The filling is creamy and delicious, the shell is light and crunchy. I’ll be back for more.
