Terrible experience. Unreasonable extra fees, poor customer service, and misleading return process. I do not recommend this company
Stay away. They charged me an unreasonable fee even though I returned the car early and left it safely inside the airport. Poor customer service. I won’t rent from them again
Avoid this company. The car itself was acceptable, but the overall experience was terrible. They delivered the vehicle with a maintenance warning displayed throughout my entire trip. The center console was dirty, and the interior was not properly cleaned. The biggest problem happened at the return. I returned the car one hour early, parked it safely inside an official airport parking garage, and immediately sent the exact location with photos. absolutely horrible, in our rented car were roaches and after we returned the car they tried to scam us, they told us that the tank was not full and wanted 33$ from us even though we went to the gas station 2 minutes away from the car rental
