I wish I would have read the reviews on Google for LA Auto Spot via Turo, I only read the Turo reviews (which had to be made up because they are no way rated 4.7 stars). This rental agency is the worst I have ever experienced. I reached out to them on 2 different occasions during our trip and I was basically told no we wont help you, good luck in figuring it out. Really stupid and inconvenient place to rent a car. My buddy rented a car from here and when we picked it up from the airport the check engine light came on. Contacted them for help and they told us to come to their lot which we did and they decided to waste our time for more then 1 hour to do an oil change on it and still gave us back the broken car.
Rented a car through from them through Turo. They directed us to the car and we took it from the airport. A few hours later they called and said we took the wrong car and instead of working it out with Turo or swapping us cars they just canceled the Turo reservation and told us they’d report it stolen if we didn’t return it right then and there were no other cars available. They were not helpful or accommodating at all.
Very nice!! We rented Avery nice convertible Mustang here and drove all over the island. It was awesome!
The reviews for this company speak volumes. Customer service is awful. I got charged an extra fee because apparently at drop off I did not use the entrance they wanted into the parking lot. They will make you deal with Turo customer service as theirs is non existant.
