The host kept asking me to leave a review, and right after I posted it, they sent me a refueling fee invoice. You can clearly see from the photos I took at pickup and return that I actually returned the car with more fuel than before. However, they tried to make a false claim using their own questionable photos and refused to cancel the charge. Thankfully, Turo customer support resolved it right away. Very disappointed with this rental car. The vehicle was in poor condition overall — the interior was worn out and damaged, and the car did not feel well maintained. The windshield and wipers were in bad condition, which affected visibility and made driving uncomfortable. Overall, the quality of the car was far below expectations. I would not recommend this rental company and would not rent from them again.
It was easy, just downloaded the app, uploaded my license and then picked a car. Pick up was was easy and drop off was the same.. absolutely no issues with car.. % recommend LA Auto Spot
I booked there suburban through Turo. Which I should of listen to the reviews and how terrible they were but I had used them before with no problems. When we arrived to the airport and was supposed to to get directions on where the vehicle was parked I was told it wasn’t ready yet then I was told it’s ready just waiting for them to drop it off.
