Do not rent a car from this company! I have rented many, many cars from other places and I have never been penalized surprise charges after return. I returned the car in great condition and check out was nothing but trouble. The return direction were very long and unclear. Once returned and photos submitted , we were ok’d. I wish I would have read the reviews on Google for LA Auto Spot via Turo, I only read the Turo reviews (which had to be made up because they are no way rated 4.7 stars). This rental agency is the worst I have ever experienced. I reached out to them on 2 different occasions during our trip and I was basically told no we wont help you, good luck in figuring it out. Really stupid and inconvenient place to rent a car. My buddy rented a car from here and when we picked it up from the airport the check engine light came on. Contacted them for help and they told us to come to their lot which we did and they decided to waste our time for more then 1 hour to do an oil change on it and still gave us back the broken car.

Rented a car through from them through Turo. They directed us to the car and we took it from the airport. A few hours later they called and said we took the wrong car and instead of working it out with Turo or swapping us cars they just canceled the Turo reservation and told us they’d report it stolen if we didn’t return it right then and there were no other cars available. They were not helpful or accommodating at all.
