Screwed me over. I rented an f150 and there’s damage all over it which it did not show on the photos taken before I picked it up. Car wasnt safe to drive. They couldn’t even give me another car instead they told me I have to contact Turo. I had no choice but to rent another vehicle because I was not in Hawaii for vacation and had very little time. Bad communication and unreliable
Just reminding yall, don't use this company! You will regret using them. Original post: Visited 2 weeks ago. Car delivered with dirty seats and trash in multiple places, inside and in the trunk, some sand throughout. Major issues and delays with shuttle. When shuttle called I called back immediately and sent a text within 3 minutes of their call and they had said they were at pickup spot yet didn't see me, if they were there then they waited a max of 2-3 minutes, max, no more than that. Waited for 2 hours for a replacement for a car that refused to start (the employees could not start it and so I didn’t even see the car!!). Seated outside in the heat and there seemed to be no urgency to deal with the large number of disgruntled customers waiting. Gave up and went to hertz. It was slightly more expensive but it was a great experience, of course. Both LA Autospot and Turo - never again. Poor experience.
