Terrible experience. Other reviews tell a very accurate story of my experience with this company. I rented a vehicle and picked up at the airport in Honolulu. Car was disgustingly inside. Cockroaches crawling around. The way they handled this and the attitude of their company was terrible. I would never use them ever again.

The worst. Just save yourself the trouble and use a car rental company - we saw La Auto had some AWFUL reviews and wish we listened. The fob didn’t work so the alarm kept going off and we couldn’t turn it off, sometimes the vehicle didn’t start, and eventually it stopped starting all together. The host, LA auto didn’t wana know, so we called roadside assistance for a tow. Do not use Turo from LA Auto Spot. You’re better off walking. Do not get the premium insurance if you are stupid enough to rent from this place, it does nothing. We were left stranded for four hours in a dangerous location and were threatened with a fine if we left the vehicle. We waited four hours for a tow truck that they said was on the way, the tow truck never came. We were forced to abandon the vehicle as they were closing the beach parking lot and locking the gate. Just reminding yall, don't use this company! You will feel like an idiot for not reading the reviews and you will regret and pay hundreds more using them. Plan for a wasted day and hours long wait and dirty damaged cars and zero communication and zero follow up on complaints. I am someone who is on it with planning and I think ahead and assume there will be issues and take initiative, yet, still a mess with no reply and no care from this company. I use Turo every time I travel and this was the most disappointing to date. The car ran fine, bluetooth was disabled but not a big deal. The car however had cigarette burns in the seats and steering wheel, was super dirty inside and out. So we powered through all that and then the big slap in the face. I returned the car to the place they told me too, which was the arrivals section on the opposite side of departures. I close the trip on the app and think that’s the end of it (this is a Friday).
