Replaced brakes on my 2019 Lexus RX 350 at LA Auto and can honestly say that I received excellent service. Very hospitable workers and affordable prices for all services compared with dealerships very expensive quotes. They were upfront about the materials used and what the labor costs would be. I was more than pleased that it was as quoted and not unexpectedly surprised at the end. Highly recommended and will definitely be looking forward to continuing to bring my car here again. I had a really great experience with LA Auto. Liz, one of the owners, worked on my Mercedes C300 and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Both of my headlights were out and she took the time to diagnose the issue, figure everything out and get it fully fixed. My headlights are working now and all the warning lights are off.
