Buyer beware- This company charged an $85 service fee, promised to fix our fridge, and then stopped responding. They then agreed to issue a refund, which I have yet to receive. Full story: I would strongly recommend against using this company. A technician came by, charged me $85 to see what was wrong, and told me I could apply that amount toward repairs. I would strongly recommend against using this company. A technician came by, charged me $85 to see what was wrong, and told me I could apply that amount toward repairs. He looks at it and says he can fix it. That was six weeks ago; the technician then completely stopped responding to calls/texts. After a call with Tony a few weeks later, I was told they could not fix it as promised.
