Loved the service and professionalism of Leena. She was sweet and had strong hands. She kept her side talk to a minimum - so I could enjoy all the messages that come with this service. Most places I go there is so much side talk that I don't enjoy the 'spa' experience. I got both mani and pedi Celebrity packages. It was well worth it. I will be returning and recommend this LA1 Nail Spa especially Leena. Link is the manager and she was all about the customer service. Thank you - looking forward to coming back.
I have been to many, many places & this is the WORSE! I truly believe in giving great customer service for returning customers...the technicians talk about you, & mistreat you right to your face. I went for a pedicure, and I came out the way I went in. YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL! LORD HAD MERCY....NEVER AGAIN! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I have been to nail places all over and even other states. I really like Andy and his crew! They all are very nice and my nails are always the way I LOVE them.
