I texted the coach, he replied once, then stopped responding. I called the gym a few times and nobody picked up. He also gave me the wrong schedule, so I showed up there but for nothing. When I asked about prices from the coach, he said he wasn’t the right person to ask… even though he was running the class. That didn’t make any sense. I texted again afterward and still got no reply. The communication here is terrible, and I’m not going back
So we reached out to this location and all we got was a generic message with a wrong schedule from Babis. And after calling and texting, And with no response, we showed up for the class by looking at their class schedule online. Even the timings for that were posted wrong and we ended up driving out for 30 min. We missed the class time by 45min and were at the end of the session. They didn’t answer calls or responded to us. Did a hyrox class here, instructor was great, encouraging and really made us work for it!
