I would not recommend Lane Baker for any construction work. He presents himself a nice guy with 30+ years of experience which he does not have. He and his father Shane both recognized their terrible work and their excuse was "that's what you get when you hire them"; And he wasn't even the lowest bidder for the project. The job was done so poorly that other contractors that I brought out to fix the building, wouldn't touch it. The building had to be torn down and completely rebuilt. I struggled to post this but I think it’s important for others to be aware of. We hired L3 Services (Lane Baker) for a patio project. There were hitches along the way but we muddled through them. I was never 100% happy with his work but we gave him grace. Fast forward past two payments made to him per the contract he made, totaling 18,000. The last payment due at completion. Lane did some dirt work for us and did an amazing job. He did exactly what we wanted and managed to make the area so much better than we had expected. Very professional, great communication, and excellent work!
