Avoid this company at all cost... They will sell you stuff that stops working after 2 years. After sales service is a complete nightmare as well... They will not entertain to your after sales needs. They have a habit of rejecting and not returning your calls. Take your business elsewhere for better peace of mind.
Went in to have a look at their Yale products at Kallang shop. Mall with the least foot fall and the staffs were just ignoring walk-in customer.
I researched many smart home firms and it was challenging as a tech noob from China tech to high end versions. Some high reviewed firms even demand a deposit before going on site without providing advice. Alan and the wonderful team was super helpful throughout the entire process and gave great advice. Highly recommend the fibaro system that allows you the flexibility of using your normal switch without buying expensive smart switches. Post service support has been really awesome too
Visited their shop a year back to ask about smart home setup. Their staff (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was very enthusiastic and gave me a 45 min crash course on a smart home set up. I didn’t engage them for the set up in the end (decided not to use Fibaro hub) but their advice was truly helpful for me to set up a limited system for my home. I did return to buy a smoke detector from them a few months back.
Post service is very bad. The system is always down and create more other problems at home.
