What I thought to be a great experience quickly changed. I visited in April of 2017 to replace my hard drive on my imac computer. They changed it, even upgraded it in a promptly manner. 7-8 months later my hard drive "mysteriously" locks and I brought it back to have them look at it. They let it sit in their store for over a month, didn't bother to call me or anything and when I finally called to check on my mac(for a second time). Awesome! They were professional and did exactly what they said they would. The price was great and the work was excelent. Hope I won't need to return but if I have any more issues i certainly will come back.
