We used a few others over the years for various things and we were never 100% satisfied with both the work or the employees. We heard about L-12 Properties and decided to give it a go. The price was fair, the job upon completion was top notch, the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and clean cut. The owner (Jason) returned all calls in a timely manner, laid out our options for us and was extremely friendly. From now on all of our construction needs will go through L-12 Properties!!
Really nice homes! They are on the more expensive side but really nice homes
Jason has some of the nicest places in Oshkosh. And he's a great guy personally!!
