Whitwell Services have been looking after my mother's heating system for a few years now. They have been professional and the service has been bang on. More importantly ,as a lady living on her own, the staff have been exemplary. Cannot recommend more.

My experience with this company was first class from start to finish. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved; Lewis and Harry who carried out the work, and Tania and Emily in the office who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wanted a gas oven cut off and a radiator replaced. They were super understanding of the situation and managed to fit me in at short notice so I could disconnect my old oven and promptly get the replacement reconnected, meaning very little time spent cooking on a camping stove. Whitwell Services were fantastic. We had a leak on a clients heating system just before christmas, we phoned 5 other local plumbers and none of them wanted to know. Whitwell went out of their way to carry out the job within an hour despite it being their office christmas party that afternoon. They were very professional and got the issue fixed to a good standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
