Lovell Webb is so courteous and kind. He solved my unusual problem quickly and skillfully.
I had a positive experience with Lovell’s professionalism, punctuality, and expertise, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the billing. The initial quote was $570.80, but the final invoice came to $690.80—a 21% increase. When I raised concerns, Lovell explained that the estimate was subject to change if the job took longer than anticipated, and the additional hour added $120 to the cost.
