I don't typically leave middling reviews. I had my auto insurer get my vehicle towed a few days ago and they used this company. I wasn't with the car because it was towed from a mechanic to a dealership due to far more intensive work being needed than originally thought. At no point did I receive any kind of communication from the company or driver that they: were on the way, had picked up my vehicle, or had dropped it off at its destination.
