This company insures Atlantic Concrete Co trucks. One of their cement trucks had some debris fall from their truck and break my windshield. Yes the debris fell from their truck and no I don't have a dash cam. The debris was not kicked up from off the road. It clearly fell off their truck when the truck hit a bump in the road. Atlantic Concrete sent me to L&W insurance and they will not honor my claim even when I gave them the time and place where I and the truck were at the time of the incident.
