The installer came, but the fireplace was to warm and said that he would come back the next day, but never showed or called. The same person installed the glass that was in warranty, but it still had the same issues it had before. He said that he was going to charge me for the service. I didn't quite understand that, I spoke to the customer service and my understanding that if it were under warranty I wouldn't be charge.
