Customer service is nonexistent, and quality of appliance is terrible in less than one year.
Appointment was prompt and he found the leak in an obscure area of my washer. Impressed. Also told us to keep our washer as long as possible due to the way it was made 11 years ago...from a guy who sells washers!
Extremely knowledgeable and professional atmosphere. Can and will help with any and every problem.
