⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank L & W Automotive enough for their kindness and incredible service. Every other mechanic I contacted quoted a 2–3 week wait, but L & W let the tow truck bring my car straight to them and originally booked me in for Friday. They then went above and beyond and managed to squeeze me in on Tuesday — the same day — quickly finding and fixing the problem and getting my car back on the road. Highly recommend! Very friendly and kindhearted people. We had unexpected car issues on our road trip but Rob and his team went out of their way to fit us in and above and beyond get our car fixed within a few hours so that we could make it to our next destination. Rob didn’t know us personally and owed us nothing but he did it out of kindness and empathy for our situation. Thank you!
So I had to get a new wheel bearing asap and and i didn’t have an appointment or anything and they managed to replace my wheel bearing for me in an hour and half and for a reasonable price as well if you live in shoalhaven or have any type of vehicle emergency I would recommend this place
I highly recommend Rob and his team for their thorough and efficient service. They made every effort possible to quickly get my car back on the road when some major repairs were found to be necessary, during a routine service. I suffered only minor inconvenience and the price was very reasonable.
I’ve been taking my cars to Rob and his team for several years. Always happy with their workmanship and integrity around anything that needs attention. It can be hard to find a good mechanic, but I’ve always found L & W to be reasonable in their pricing and reliable in workmanship as well as prepared to give helpful advice if needed.
