Professional service. 5 stars says it all. Tech Dave was very knowledgeable. Part needs to be ordered so not much else to say now.
1 star off only bcuz my maintenance was 3 months behind since their recurring service reminder in L&W's system wasn't working. Otherwise Dave's visit & the efficient texting communications are great!
I was impressed with the technician’s knowledge and professionalism. Dennis got my oven’s problem diagnosed quickly and ensured that the company would follow up closely once parts were ordered and ready for installation. I would gladly work with them again.
