I rented from this Guy for 2 years and I received the worst service ever from a landlord… I was evicted out of my place because he doesn’t like being wrong… He place all his tenants on month to month rent so he can evict you whenever and for whatever reason and you can’t do anything about it… The is very unprofessional and doesn’t like to communicate with his tenants… Anytime you call to ask him to fix something he always threaten to evict you….
