I went there for a mother/daughter spa day. I don’t know the names of the ladies, but the massage hurt more than anything. She focused more on just my back, no shoulders,no neck. Felt like she was using more of her arms and elbows and barely used her hands.I had to keep telling her she was hurting me. I was tensed the whole time for I was feeling uncomfortable and couldn’t communicate. It was loud on the other side of the door.
