If their customer service is anything like their dangerous driving and road rage, I would avoid! One of their workers/ cars completely cut off the car in front of us today, nearly causing an accident. They then continued to give the finger and yell out the window to the woman they cut off. Maybe a good reminder that driving around in a business car, you and your actions are a representation of the business.
We had a brilliant experience with L&V. Garth and Rachel were a joy to deal with from start to finish. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and happy. I would, and am, highly recommending them to everyone we know. Many thanks for our beautiful pool! ❤️
After sale service is non-existent. Pool was build in 2014, they still haven't came out to fill the expansion joints on the title coping or the flaking of the pebbles around the water jets.
We just completed our pool. L&V were so patient with us as we chose to do surrounds and fencing ourselves and came across numerous delays. They were well priced and worked with our design. Highly recommend.
