We recently had L & V Pools install our first pool, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. John, the project manager, was fantastic to work with. He made the entire process stress-free and kept us updated every step of the way. Thanks to their professionalism and excellent service, we’ll definitely be using L & V Pools again for any future pool projects.
The team at L&V have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from Start to finish. Josh was our project manager and he constantly kept me up to date with what was happening and ensured all our trades were keeping up with the job. The timing of everything was impeccable. The end result is more than we could have asked for. We have enjoyed dealing with L&V throughout the entire process and would recommend them to anyone considering building a pool - honestly, don't go anywhere else.
Over the Christmas period with heavy rainfalls we got some back flow of floodwater fall into our pool. As a result it was murky and unusable. It took me a few weeks to concede that I needed a professional to attend and restore the pool to a useable state and my only regret was that I didn't do it sooner. Had Colin and Shaun attend at different times and they were both very knowledgeable and polite. With just two visits the pool is now crystal clear and balanced. Would definitely recommend 5/5 👍
Thank goodness for Josh and the folks at L&V Pools. If I had engaged any other pool builder, and then come across the problems and building delays I have since experienced, I believe my circumstances today would be very different. My delays and issues forced me to cancel some tasks and reprioritize others, such as the pool and the solar. But Josh from L & V was great. He just said "No worries, mate".
