I have been a client here for many years. My mom was the one who introduced me to this place and she has been going to this place for over a decade as well and in the recent years, they have been extremely unhelpful and making both my mom and I jump through extra hoops just to get something like a single pair on contacts to wear while new glasses are being ordered. The lenses are upside down. It has a bad influence on eyesight!!!
Nice people and nice attitude but they let you pay more and more money even you just want to take eyes exam only.....sad.
LV optometry was quick to reply to my inquiry about an eye health exam compared to other places. I was able to book an appointment within a day and I had a great experience. The exam was very thorough which I really appreciated and the doctors were informative on all the tests that were done. I found a pair of glasses from their large inventory and placed an order with them. I would highly recommend LV optometry for your needs anytime!
