I am thrilled with the installation of a new Generac 14KW generator at my home. They were responsive to questions, knowledgable, punctual and went above and beyond. They were an all in one service so I didn’t need to separately contract an electrician. Very professional and the response rate was exceptional especially in these times when contractors tend to be dismissive. Highly recommend.
Not a compassionate company towards employees who struggle with addiction.
We contracted with L-Train to have a generator installed. A generator is expensive so you want everything to go right. From start to finish we found L-Train to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Communications was excellent and timely throughout the process. They were everything we could have asked for in a contractor. Highly recommended.
We recently had L Train/ CT Generator install a Generac at our house. Jason and Billy are outstanding. They were prompt to come review the job, provided a fair price and quickly installed the unit with no problems. They took the time to explain everything and ensure we were all set. Highly recommend L train!
I would not recommend L-Train Electric for any service to my home. I purchased a Generac generatorfrom L Train and scheduled the install. They were quick to come review the location and set a date. They showed up on time and completed all setup after 3 visits. Then the town inspected the work and the problems began. The town would not accept or approve the install.
