This company did an appraisal on a property for me 10yrs ago, none of the information listed on the appraisal is accurate and I am now paying the price for it. They said the house has public sewage, it was recently discovered it's a septic has been since 1952. They listed my house as having a cement slab foundation, it's a crawl space only. It's like they made no effort to even look up up the property.
