This company is a nightmare. Windows are cheap and install looks horrible. They left a mess everyday. Used my brand new patio table as a work table. Broke planters (2). They also installed siding and gutters. Not great, gutters are not installed properly. Water shoots over them most times and trim around windows in messy. They replaced a deck for me that covers part of my basement foundation. It leaked and left like that over the winter. Then I was told in the they couldn't fix it. i describe my experience in purchasing a garden window from L&S windows in Lewiston, Maine as HORRIFIC! A DISASTER! I purchased this garden window at a cost of $1150.00 to complete a renovation in my home - Shame on me for not researching the company first. The window leaks and i have gotten no satisfaction from Laurieann at L&S windows or from Crystal Windows which is the manufacturer - Calls to L&S windows by me and my contractor have been met with hollering and obscene language .
