Lloyd was very helpful. He fixed our trailer and got us back on the road quickly on a busy Friday afternoon. I highly recommend this shop for trailer work. I would give him more stars if I could.
One of the best experiences I have had from a business. Traveling to the Sturgis motorcycle rally a fender weld failed on my aluminum trailer causing the fender to rub on the wheel. I did a short term fix but then called L & S Trailer Repair & Welding in Rapid City. I spoke with Lloyd the owner, he said to bring it in. As I drove up Lloyd comes out grabs my trailer and has staff working on it immediately. Shortly it was finished and I was on my way. Lloyd would not take any money just telling me to enjoy the rally. Lloyd is great. I bring my horse trailer to him for everything. He’s very responsive and has a great turnaround fixing things quickly
My trailer broke a couple of leaf springs as I was passing through Montana. The shop was easy to work with, and made the repairs quickly.
