Very poor dealer network, the dealers are fed up with LS and I understand why. No support for customers or dealers. Can't get parts or repairs and believe me, its gonna break, a lot. In 1300 hours its needed two EGR valves, two hand throttles, and now I have to split it in two, to replace a seal and the shuttle synchro. Beware.
5.75 hours to get loaded. I was the only full truckload there, the whole time. 3 LTL's did their thing.
We have attempted to reach LS Tractor (Palestine, TX) with no luck. Phone systems constantly call for being busy. The worst customer service neither the dealer or LS could give me return policy in writing and they both told me to call the other. New Part missing parts and neither could tell me if I could return but there would be a reprocessing fee. The individual at LS told me he was about to go to lunch call back tomorrow. Go buy a Larger named tractor and steer clear. Buy from a company that understands Customer service and concerned about there Ag community!
Took delivery of my new LS MT125 with loader, mid-mower, 22bu collector, and tiller attachments - perfect for this property. LS Customer service has been absolutely FANTASTIC in welcoming me to the LS family. Need a manual? Bang, here it is. If only I could get more seat time than the wife...
