The shipping person asked me for $50 cash only to unload the trailer even when I reached 2 hours before they close. Bunch of crooks working there. Totally avoid this place at all costs.
So I came early to get loaded and realized I had been sitting in the dock door with NO activity for an hour. I go in to ask what's going on, come to find out, they are assembling the tractors on an assembly line... Then they line up the tractors in front of my dock before they load it in there... I have never seen that done in that manner before... Most places, the product is already assembled and then loaded... Maybe that is why it takes a while once you get here?🤷🏾♀️. Last month I ordered a part. Two weeks later the part was sent. Declined the delivery and called LS and explained what happened. They took my name and number and said they would call me back later that day. No call and I’ve been calling them for two weeks now and no one answers the phone. I left messages and no one responds. Did this business burn to the ground? Did it get wiped off the map. I mean this is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with.
Im actually embarrassed i own a ls tractor and got suckered in to buy one. I got a band new 225s(in 2024 )and its been nothing but problems since owning it. Its got a hydraulic leak on the input shaft to the pump/transmission. I took it to a dealer that LS recommended due to mechanical problems with my tractor( loader suddenly dropping, loss of power steering, weak pulling power bucket flop electrical issues and weak pto power)the dealer i purchased my tractor from could not fix the problem so Ls recommend it take it to Fair... read more
