We had some plumbing work done by Luke in November. All seemed good & we were pleased with everything at that time. Until the week before Christmas, when I awoke to have water spewing everywhere in my furnace room from a leak! We had inches of water into the office as well as into the hallway, bathroom & laundry room areas. They did come & use a shop vac on it for a short time. They came to install a new water softener. Work was done well. But a few weeks later we had our basement flood. They came and said it was our fault. Even though it worked great for 13 years since our last upgrade. We are on a well and we were told that they are not well people. So why were we not told this before they took the job. Very disappointed. Would not recommend them.
