So disappointed. I was told my delivery would be at my home between 10-2p.m. and I would receive a call 1hr prior, so I took off work, and at 1:15 I call their office because it's less than an hour before the end of the delivery time and no one called. After calling i am told sorry they have a few more deliveries before you. What? Why haven't anyone called me- answer i dont know (this was the young lady in customer service) now it's 3:25 no delivery, I called back again and ask to be transferred to a manager or supervisor ( ... read more
Always have a great experience here friendly and professional and unload very fast.I never delivered on a Sunday before just to let you drivers know don't call the number on bills to get into the gate there's a phone number on it to call the unload guy.
Very profesional and have a great system to track ittems , Jim and his team are very smart and always ready to solve problems and help some time going out of their way to make every project work ,thanks L&S for making our life easy
