I’ve been a customer of L’s Fuel for over 25 years and this was the first time I’ve had such a negative experience. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me mid-call. This was shocking after so many years of good service. The woman who usually answers is always kind and helpful—I really wish customer calls were handled more professionally.
New customer. Never even purchased heating oil before. This company was recommended by my furnace maintenance tech. Phone was answered promptly and very cordially. After a brief wait to see if they could fit me in their schedule, I got same-day delivery without even needing/asking for it. Delivery person was friendly and efficient. Price was competitive.
