Poor diagnostics all the way around! Don’t waste your time on this business. They stated initially that it was catalytic converter and engine mounts along w/ 2 cylinders that needed replaced. Paid them over 2,000.00 to fix it and it didn’t solve the issue at all, which they wrote down in there scheduling calendar. The problem was actually much minor and was needing transmission fluid changed and they wanted another couple hundred dollars for it when they stated the initial work was guaranteed from the get go. I would save your money and go elsewhere. Went to get an overall check up on my car. Paid for them to fix an issue diagnosed to me. Left there a new issue I’ve never once had. Took car in again. Same result. Gave them money but left with the same exact, problem. Took on once more. Left with the SAME problem. Was going to give them one more chance but owner was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional with me. From raising his voice, to talking to me as if I was a child.
