Ma’am after over 5 back to back questions in the opposite direction of getting help you will come off as if : you think the customer can’t pay : that you don’t want to come out or just discouraging service in general. This is based off the conversation I just had inquiring about getting a piece from my well removed and replace. The women who answer got my information I let her know I need the switch removed and replaced. She suggested I get who ever started to finished then went on to talk about the fee to come look at the issue costing just as much as the part.
