Had a transmission and a differential rebuilt here for my Peterbilt. Only 2 guys working here, both rebuild and one has to deal with answering phones and ordering parts. They do good work but cannot always help everyone right away. I strongly suggest booking ahead if you are planning downtime for your truck and need an overhaul.
Had a some differentials rebuilt by them for my husband when first moving to Palmerston when Larry was still present in the company.Fast forward a couple months later get a transmission done by them with a clutch they ordered us the wrong clutch and made US drive to a Kenworth dealership to pick the clutch up. Was not impressed by how we got treated
Don’t recommend truck was down ordered clutch said could get it from kenworth would be a day called back kept getting different reasons then talked to owner Keith gave me excuse after excuse why it wasn’t here ordered one from metro truck got it within 2 hrs
No longer uses genuine parts, parts guy doesn’t know anything and can never get a straight answer lost its touch since moving from Elora and changed owner ship
