Setting up was overly complicated with way too many emails. In contrast, the move out was easy as the customer service rep Samuel was professional and helpful.
Spoke with Samuel about reserving another unit was great and professional took time to make sure I got what I needed and asked for. Polite courteous and patient listened well to my needs. Thanks KO for good customer service.
Well have not move stuff in yet but reserving it on the website is super easy and convenient. And the call i got afterwards was a very nice chipper girl who was great. And the results are in. I would not hesitate to rent from them again
