I had a unsatisfying purchase as Javier behaved unprofessional, telling me that I was wrong because my lack of knowledge. I had a set of new tires in which I needed to be replaced and on 9/19/13, I went in and asked Javier, the employee in charge that I needed to put on my new tires. He told me sure, we charge $5, as the car was jacked up, he then noted, it is recommended to balance the tires which will be an additional $5 per tire.
