I know that I had a small project (walkout basement load calculations) but I needed a quick turnaround on it due to some time constraints and Brett was willing to squeeze me in during this especially busy season. I had called several other places and they told me it was a 2 month lead time. Not only did he get it turned around quickly but I had several follow up questions and he was always responsive and great to work with. Will definitely use them again if I need something.
