LR did a repair on our drain tile system. Steve, who managed the job listened well to our explanation of the problem and how we wanted it repaired. His crew brought the proper equipment and had the job done well, quickly and at a fair price. We will certainly consider them for future work.

LRContracting was the only contractor to respond to us while we lived out of state. He worked with us and made it possible to move on time. Everything we asked for was ready, with quality materials and work. Lonnie is a great communicator and his team is hard working. We have more plans that LR Contracting will be doing the work for.

LR Contracting Replaced the entire deck. This included 1) Removing the entire old deck (including hand railing down to lower level), and cracked cement patio foundation. Some of the old deck supports were set aside for later use by owner. 2) Expanding and recompacting foundation prior to setting cement support post, followed by installing the re-enforced cement patio. 3) Supporting posts and cross beams improved previous deck structural integrity. Short: Solid A+ group to work with, his team built a 24'x24' garage over in Houghton for me fall 2021. Longer: Lonnie and team does great work! Good communication and input on a few different location and design thoughts, had a garage built in a non-flat area of my property from initial discussions to completion a few weeks back all while dealing with supply issues from Covid.
