I was supposed to get a cut, color and highlights. I got a cut and color. She told me my starting color would be perfect for my highlights. I couldn't see any highlights and my hair looks painted almost black. I'm embarrassed to go out in public. My hair is so dark. I was also asked in the beginning if I would like to donate my hair. Kari was super nice and fun to talk to while she trimmed and curled my hair. I loved it and got so many compliments at the event I went to after!
