The customer service was very disappointing. The waitstaff seemed to avoid eye contact, and we had to repeatedly get their attention just to be assisted, even though the restaurant was not busy. What really stood out was the issue with the chili oil. While dining in, we asked for extra chili oil and were told that one small plastic portion cup was enough for two people. The beef pho was decent, but I didn’t like that they limit how many sauces and sugar packets you can have. It feels unnecessarily restrictive and takes away from the overall dining experience. There are better pho places out there.
Definitely have a mold issue in the building. Proteins were way over cooked.
