Been waiting on the doctor to supposedly send my prescription n it’s been two days already i have the flu and requested a new asthma pump wit meds for mucus i call them to see if they sent it to pharmacy and i get asked if i told the doctor im asthmatic why wouldn’t she know im asthmatic if she sent my prescription the day before an still isn’t in make it make sense worst experience ever definitely don’t recommend they just don’t really care and it’s sad
Horrible front desk service, the girl at the front desk is suppose to verify all the patient information the day before, but nop she waits for the patient to be there to verify the insurance information, front desk needs better training or they need to hire someone who knows how to do the job. WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS.
