I had a really good experience with LP Steel Industries. The team was easy to work with, communicated clearly, and made the whole process simple. The quality of the steel was solid and built to last. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again.
Customer service sucks
I received a call on Friday saying my order was ready on Monday. I went in to get my order. One person was in front of me. Three people came in behind me. I went out in the yard stood in line. One of the drivers on the forklift took my order. Two people behind me were loaded and left. Before I even got my order, I was not happy.
