Horrible service. Still waiting for a replacement spa cover. Lost vued client due to LPI failure to deliver. Horrible spas are garbage don't waste your time money here. You will regret it LPI scam afraid company .
Great customer service. I lost a part off of my dog horn and after in email contact they gladly replaced it free of charge and no shipping cost and free holster. I highly recommend Peter tomassetti and LPI products
