We have had an account with this company for over 30 years. The customer service is terrible. The guy at the front desk must hate his job because he is insufferable. It takes 0 effort to be kind.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I just noticed that they have been charging me $130/month for gas for my fireplace when they used to charge quarterly. They have also been double charging my card. We will be changing gas companies as soon as possible.
It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. Especially since I am a local business owner myself. However I felt the need to share my story in hopes it may save someone else from having the same experience. Our business has relied on LP Service for propane for going on 7 years now.
