Charged me £100 to tell me they don’t have a clue what’s wrong with my car. Recommended by my warranty. Never again. Nice people but to charge £100 having my car a full day and parking it on double yellows. Only reason it’s not a 1 star is because the people I spoke with were nice.

Took my Mercedes EQC 400 in for rear suspension issues after two other garages (with little electric car experience) told me it was probably the air suspension compressor — a £1,000+ job. L P Autos found the real issue in under two hours — just a missing fuse! Visited this garage 20th Oct 2025, around 1:10 PM, on my lunch break, for them to have a look loose hanging heat plate above my car’s exhaust pipe. The staff was friendly and professional, on the phone and in person. I asked for a quote so Jacob, one of the employees, looked at it and said it would take 2 mins and not to charge me. I stumbled across LP Autos on Google as my Mercedes CLA was having slight issues and I have been to previous garages before and they wasn’t good. But LP Autos is definitely going to be my main go to place. What I like about them is not just the hard work that the staff do, it’s the principle of them going out there way to contact you to inform you about your car, doing online reports with photos to show what exactly is wrong with your vehicle which some garages fail massively to do.
