Beware of pricing. I booked a partial highlight. The stylist said she would hook me up and give me extra (I didn’t ask for extra). they upped the price to a half highlight without telling me and it’s not what I booked. I talked to the manager and they apologized but were unwilling to offer any resolution.
Bad experience. Went for curls and only half of my head was curled. The two stars is because they were nice and got me in same day. I continually asked the person for curls “up by my hairline” and continued to say “you’ll do more curls up here right?” And she assured me she would. I shared many times that my hair is very heavy and the curls will easily fall, so please put them high. The end result was so disappointing. I’ve been coming for almost 2 years. Each and every single time Mahnaz hits it out of the ballpark. The color, the cut, the style… always phenomenal!
I visited the loa hair salon for the first time since moving to the area and had a great experience with Mahnaz! Mahnaz did my cut and highlights and knew exactly what I wanted. I love how my hair came out and completely trust Mahnaz with her expertise. Mahnaz was very kind and caring, and knew exactly how to style and color my fine hair. I am super happy with the results and will definitely be making loa hair my go-to salon.
