L-N-S carers were first class and super reliable and caring for my friend and who I was his POA during his at home hospice time. A truly caring experience.
I received a referral from a trusted colleague, to have this company assist my mother the day of and during my father's funeral on 9/23. I called on 9/4 and they called my back on 9/10. They assured me, someone would come evaluated my mother and support and transport her on 9/23. However, on 9/15, I left a message bc no one did the evaluation. Lori and Veronica are absolute angels on earth! They patiently, kindly and compassionately listened to our family’s needs and provided a wonderful caretaker. Their knowledge is above and beyond.
I have been using the services of LNS to supplement services his memory care facility cannot supply. Lori and her staff have provided professional and compassionate assistance to him as well as support and suggestions to me to improve his situation.
