Got my details through Checkatrade, but unable to find his page on there to leave review. Initially provided a verbal quote for cost and labour. Later changed this to the same cost for labour for the same job. Turned up late each day, and then left for up to an hour to get parts each time. Worked for no more that 2 hours at a time, meaning a job that could have been completed in a day took 3 days. Left me without a working bathroom sink for the duration of this time period. Worse experience I ever had! Don't use him or his associates. All started on early Saturday evening as ball valve needs replacing . Of course, there was a call fee and I respect that. After, the cistern was leaking water, so I called. He came to fix the problem. It was still leaking the second visit . This time, he said he couldn't, but he can return the day. called these out on an emergency call out charge of £150 due to water leaking from the bathroom. he said waste pipe and floorboards need replacing, so claim it off insurance. they wouldnt do any temporary fix to stop the leak but were happy to take the call out charge. Went to a local more professional engineer who looked at it at NO charge, confirmed in fact it was an overflow pipe which needed replacing, temporaily fixed the leak untii he fits new pipe the next day at half the cost of this companies emergency call out char... read more
